Julie Warburg

Julie is a native Rhode Islander who happily resides here in Newport. After attending Lincoln School and Brown University in Providence, she raised her now-grown children, Mark and Katie, in Connecticut and Middletown, RI. A dual Swiss/American citizen, she has lived abroad and speaks French, German, and Italian.

Julie has a diverse background, which she feels has primed her perfectly for a career in real estate. She worked as an actress in New York, a PR executive for a Theater Foundation, owned a business – a Pilates and Ballet Studio, and most recently worked as a wine educator for a Wine Tour Company. She is passionate about what life on Aquidneck Island has to offer- and when she is not walking her 3 dogs all over the island, she is busy on the board of the Island Moving Company, a modern ballet company here in Newport, as well as the boards of The Brown Club of Rhode Island and the Alliance Francaise of Newport.

Julie has extensive local knowledge of Newport, Providence, and Washington counties, she will be happy to share her passion for our beautiful Ocean State with anyone planning to make a move!
